While I’m not in school, I could so use a tropical vacation; perhaps to Tahiti if across the Pacific Ocean or to Costa Rica if going south (until I get my passport renewed).

How are they consciously talking to each other while asleep, and how do they get to choose what they dream about? I want those powers!

When i was in school. There was no such thing as Spring Break.

Just what I want to do: spend a vacation in places that are nothing but a cesspool from previous year’s crowd. And how many are carrying COVID? No, thank you. I’ll stick with a stay-cation.

My daughter wanted to come home for her Spring Break. It was great. We watched movies, talked, joked, & she’d help me make dinner. We’re bringing her back Sunday & I’m not looking forward to it. Counting the days ’til she comes home for the summer.

Come on!! A typical spring break vacation is not even that expensive!

Kids on spring break now have to carry a narcan inhaler. Sad

Ended up sitting on Ft Walton beach for a week waiting for an engine for a broke airplane. Cheaper to truck the engine out from Az and pay the 10 of us to sit around than to fly it out. Oh, did I mention – it was during spring break – a dirty job, but someone had to do it.

Technically it ain’t even Spring yet. (Vernal equinox is next week.)

You’re in high school, kids. What you’re dreaming of is an undergrads’ domain (though I’m pretty sure no one I knew at that age went on those trips, either.)

Never been on Spring Break… and thankful for that.

My first year of college I was talked into a spring break trip to Padre Island. It was all right, but not really worth the time or money. After that, I always just took the week off school (not work though).
