Turns out there are both regulations AND rational formulae for how many portopotties any given situation needs. And even more surprising, they usually agree pretty well.
I don’t understand the rationale behind “not enough bathrooms” jokes. I have had 2 houses built in my life so far and both had at least 3 bathrooms – with my present one having 3 ensuite bedrooms. Don’t US homes have more than one bathroom, especially when you have separate bedrooms for all – even including the baby?

So he thinks that two construction sites, with twice as workers, needs the same number of toilets as one site? Apparently not good with math.

If you are going to be in a situation where you will need to use a fiberglass outhouse, always bring your own toilet paper.

My theory is one bathroom per person, plus a spare. Just in case.
