Corned beef and cabbage originated in America, not Ireland.

Could’ve been worse. It could’ve been a mint for the treat and a celery shake later on.

In this case “corned” means “salted.”

ISN’T for everyone, not aren’t

That’s why you should have served the food of the people… shepherd’s pie.

Even though I’m Irish I only buy corned beef at this time of year because it’s on sale for less than even the fattiest ground beef

Had the corned beef, skipped the cabbage.

Not every kid gets a celery increase.

Corned beef and cabbage and celery all in the same day? My Gawd, they are torturing the boy!

Recent arcs have reminded me of the old habit of just writing down whatever comes to mind and then trying to make it fit a plot or a scheme. In the ’40’s the term was *nuudling the mental form of *duudling or making miscellaneous drawings with pencil and paper.

^ These 2 *words were misspelled in order to get this innocuous comment past censorship. AI has no ability to determine context [or intent], so it failed as it usually does when asked to determent whether or not a term is allowed.

I’m convinced the biggest reason why I’m not Irish is that my body cannot tolerate a diet that contains any morsel of corned beef and cabbage.

Ugh. I’m not a fussy eater and I love milkshakes in general, but I give the minty ones a pass. I do like corned beef and cabbage.

Cabbage, I can have cabbage for dinner tonight!

I can guess where they got the shake. (And maybe a burger and fries rather than the corned beef and cabbage.) I suppose Jef doesn’t like giving free plugs to businesses.
