As noted the other day in a different comic, just don’t try to rub the belly. It could be deadly.

It is true, cats can make people smile even if they are sad, unhappy, angry or depressed! Happy Father’s day to all Dads!

Garfield’s got hypnotic powers.

Lately been telling people about learning the super-power of my cats of 29 year ago. One cat was six months old, the other four months old. One day, it was raining outside and then we heard a siren. There was a tornado warning. We sat in our hallway, both cats on laps, and both cats greatly pleased, purring away, etc. UNTIL a bolt of lightning hit VERY close to our house. It fried a TV we did not yet have a surge protector for. And, then, the thunderclap followed. And THEN, we learned our cats’ super-power.

They could teleport!

HOORAY FOR CAT POWER !!! …

Now that’s a nice one. I like.

Actually being a pet.

Garfield being nice for once!

The power of Cat. Just a little attention from them can improve our mood. Also their purring has a mood improving effect as has shown some healing ability.

Somehow, cats are always nice to women. Wonder whats wrong with men?

I get that way too. My cat will come over and lay on my stomach. she nudges my chin with her head and makes me smile. She will lay there for quite some time

Then Jon shows up and ruins the mood.

My cats perform the same function for me, all nine of them. I live on a country road. We only purposely adopted one of them, the rest just showed up. All the more furry riches for me!
