I actually bought chicken like that from a butchers once! I never went back, but there was always lines outside in the mornings. Then shortly after it was closed by the health department.

This is a bit like Rodney Dangerfield’s line in Caddyshack, where he says the steak still has marks from where the jockey hit it.

Just waits till you gets a western spaghetti. It good bad and ugly at same time.

We lived in Seoul, Korea for two years and lived within walking distance of a neighborhood market. We bought a chicken that was dispatched, gutted and defeathered while we waited. They have a machine that does the plucking, incidentally. The bird was still warm when we came home. How did it taste? It tasted like chicken!

Perhaps it’s time for Jon & Garfield to become VEGANS!

had midnight watch in the Navy…mess deck brought me and the other guy chicken sandwiches…he had a wing between 2 slices of white bread, i had a leg…can’t make this stuff up

When we were in Hawaii we saw chickens running around like they were free-range. Everywhere.

In a rustic bar & grill in Haleiwa I ordered a chicken sandwich, & I half expected the cook to come running out of the kitchen with a hatchet & grab one of the chickens walking around inside the dining area. “Freshest chicken you’ve ever hand, man!”

Only at Irma’s!
