Sorry Slim, but we already have one Jabba the Hutt and we don’t need another. Nobody wants to watch you slurp down food on a twenty-foot-high screen at fifteen dollars a pop.

I’m just wondering why Slim didn’t shove that apple in his mouth right after walking in.

Does this story line remind anyone other than myself of an old “Andy Griffith Show” episode where someone wanted to film a movie in Mayberry?

Will they include changing the name of the town to “Gasoline Alley” from whatever name it had before?

I predict doom. DOOM!!

The only Gasoline Alley film I know of had nothing to do with the Alley. It was about the diner.

We’ll get a younger John Goodman to play Slim.

They’re doing a remake of POPEYE, and Skinner is cast as Wimpy.BTW, Clovia is a grandmother and she still called her father “Daddy”??
