I love that joke. I used it in an interview once… didn’t want the job, didn’t get the job.

    but the HR person laughed.

It is a great album. But Johnny Cash At San Quentin is even better. Moss no doubt opted for the Folsom Prison album because of its inclusion of the memorable Dirty Ol’ Egg Sucking Dog.

I don’t know about the dog, but that rat probably has a criminal record. Maybe it’s Rat from Pearls Before Swine

Johnny Cash helped me get out of prison. Long before Rodriguez stole that goat. I’ve been the rhinestone cowboy for so long I can’t remember, and I can do you any song Hank Williams ever wrote…..

Yes it is. My first album was Johnny Cash Live From San Quinton; also great (traded it to a friend for Magical Mystery Tour).

But the best criminal record ever has to be B.B. King From Cook County Jail – if for no other reason than the intro to “How Blue Can You Get” is the most perfect guitar solo ever recorded.
