So a kid with no experience, no training, no background in broadcasting, is so poised and entertaining he has a growing audience? Sure, it’s that easy.

So the Puerto Rico story was featured for a week or two then everybody forgets about it and moves on – sounds familiar.

P1, Somebody should have hit this dude by now.

P2, So this is R&W’s version of “The King Of Comedy?” When does Duncan (Rupert Pupkin) Levin kidnap Marty?

Marty in P3, “We’ve got an audience?”

P3 The Milford Star…don’t know that I have ever seen the local papers (per Ellisburkes above…no possessive apostrophe taught in Milford) name in the strip? It must have a circulation of less than 500 and I wonder if you can get it online? The Pirate Network has probably taken 50% of Marty’s audience… at last Neilsen count it was estimated at 256 listeners.

Every day is a slow news day in Milford.

P1- Karen Black makes a cameo.

P2- This immediate success and popularity is intoxicating! Levin large and in charge will become as swell headed as Terry Gallagher.

P3- Wildcat hints to Marty scrubbing toilets could be his future if they don’t secure those 20 listeners lost.

In all reality , didn’t know that Ward Cleaver is the station manager at WDIG .Note to my fellow Thorpodiums :Mrs Reality and I will be on a 28 day bucket list cruise in the South Pacific . I will miss all your comments . Take care .

It’s nice to see Dubya again in P3.

So they’ve already gotten a new set of ratings during the 2 games this kid broadcast? And realistically, people that are listening to the game on the radio because they follow the team would be more interested in watching a kid clown around in the stands?

And check out the picture of the pirate. It’s taking up half of page 1! Normally the only time you see that happen is for something like the Pearl Harbor bombing, or 9-11. This must be the most stunning thing to happen in Milford in 40 years.

But enough of that, when are we going to find out if they landed the Mexican restaurant account???!?!!!!?!!

Wait, did they misspell the name of their own paper? I know Ward Cleaver or Wildcat or whoever has his fingers partially obscuring the title, but there is no way there could be 3 letters between the L and the D.

Also, is that a Pirate Newspaper, is that a thing? it surely isn’t a mainstream paper – they can’t afford a printing press, as all the lettering was obviously drawn by hand.

Mr Reality’s leaving made me realize….where is Bitsy again? We haven’t heard from her in a while. Hopefully she didn’t revert back to her criminal ways and is in jail or something.
