How is she the litmus test? Not sure if she was paying attention in chemistry class. She certainly hasn’t proven if she is acid or alkaline, although in the figurative sense it means passing some sort of important test, but not sure that passing a test would encourage more participants the way the metaphor, she’s shattered a barrier, would have.
