It’s nice that the two of them, who used to fight every time they would see each other, are now able to coexist without both going ballistic; NO, even able to be sort of friends! It’s great character development.
Going a bit more in depth because , me: I do like how this is evolved. It’s like a shonen anime or manga, where Dana STARTED as a major antagonist, but is now competting with heart less to rub her face in it and more simply because Heart is the only one who can push her this far and vice versa. Their still compettive as ever but for now the venom present in the last two arcs is gone and now romance can happen.. er friendship. Yeah let’s go with that.
The girl who played Kim in my high school production had auditioned with “Hey, look me over, lend me a nose; / You should cast me in the part of Spanish Rose.”

Well, now Lee knows. Just needs to steer clear when they get into it.

It’s not necessarily a bad thing to have a rival, rivals can inspire you to do better.

The parts of Rosie and Kim were merged into one character, who was eventually cut from the show.

If they were friends, the strip would have way too much sugar.

Rosie’s the lead. Dana’s going for a lesser role?

Heart and Kat, the Dynamic Duo. They bring good plays to life.
