Todays comic kinda p!$$e$ me off. There were so many times when I was still working that we asked management to correct an issue that was unsafe but they never seemed to get around to it…..till someone got hurt!

And no hazardous duty pay for him.

I completely agree with you. We worked for lying thieving democrats in my state. We made them tens of millions of dollars and they told us so. They could not steal the money fast enough. They exposed us to the most carcinogen wastes known to industry and people died. Over fifty died from various cancers at the last body count. The man who kept the body count up to date died last year. As far as I know, I am the last survivor of that exposure. I completely agree with you.

Man, that’s gotta hurt.

It’s only been a year. He can last for longer than that because he’s still walking around.

The Peter Principle Theory. People are promoted because of their skills and output, not because of their qualfications for the new post. Once they get to a position for which they are not qualified, they are no longer evaluated for their skills, and remain in that position.

There are less wordy versions which make the same basic point.
