Is this a race between the planets? If it is and if it’s just based on the distance traveled in the orbits that they are currently in, the planet closest to the sun (Mercury) should always win. The closer to the sun they are the faster they travel. Earth will always comes in third. Venus comes in second.
Don’t forget the distance that our solar system travels, rotating around the Milky Way; and the distance that our Milky Way galaxy travels. Is our universe moving, relative to something bigger?
