ALL bugs are ‘good’ in that they have their place and function in their environment.

And Emerald Tree Borers!

And stink bugs as well! Yes, Pennsylvania does have the spotted lantern fly.

And you can almost hear Jojo doing the Arnold voice…

Can I take that kid on my vacation with me? Allentown, PA is infested with those things.

Jojo will be a good exterminator.

Here’s where we may be going. Lantern bugs were the insect that child was spraying when a neighbor called the police. It happened last November.

The mountain pine beetle kills trees;This small beetle (about 5 mm long) attacks and kills mature trees by boring through the bark and mining the phloem — the soft layer between the bark and wood of the tree. Its eggs hatch into larvae that consume the phloem, killing the tree.
