The Taliban has captured a U.S. soldier, holding him without charge in an undisclosed location. The military no likey. Military Personnel: "They are exploiting the soldier in VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAW!" But Taliban lawyers wrote memos saying their prisons are not subject to the Geneva Conventions. CAVE-TANAMO Taliban Lawyer: We use "enhanced beheading techniques." NOTHING ILLEGAL. And warlords genuinely disagree over detainee treatment. TALIB TALK Man #1: TORTURE HIM FOR INFO! Man #2: NO, you idiot. Then they'd torture OUR guys. Even moderate jihadis see the need to hold foreign fighters indefinitely. Man #3: Why, they'd want to return to the battlefield! You understand, right?
