On my keto diet, I use thin-sliced zucchini, woven and held together with mozarella. Use it in a deep-dish pizza. It’s actually better than the pizza dough crust, because it gives an extra crunch. Top it with sausage, sauce, pepperoni, and parmesan (plus anything else that tempts your taste buds), and you have a winner!
This cartoon reminds me of a Yogi Berra-ism. When asked if he wanted his pizza sliced into 6 or 8 pieces he replied, “Make it 6. I don’t think I could eat 8 pieces.”
I am generally a thick crust pizza fan (“I like bread” is my middle name), but I discovered recently that thin crust done right equals crispy and toasty.

I ordered one once by mistake. No different from sauce and cheese on saltines. Never again.

Thinner the better. The crust is just a handle for yummy goodness piled above.

Her answer to having a bit of rising bread crust to clense the pallet after inundating her taste buds with gobs of cheesy tomato et al.
After trying a number of freezer versions I finally found one where the box tasted as good as the pie.

When we have pizza at home my wife makes her own crust and pizza. It’s delicious!

It would be a diet pizza if I didn’t eat the entire thing by myself.

I forgot I had no crust last night and decided to use those same pizza topping items in my omelet this morning. Yum.
