Exactly my Laotian friend’s theory. I told him, You know rain falls from the sky! and he said he thought snow formed on things, like frost does.

This strip was drawn back in the day when we were all being told the world was going to end with The Coming Ice Age….!

And Lucy’s theory makes just as much sense as any of the Weather Doomsday Prophecies that have come and gone for the last 60 something years…

I have actually had discussions with adults with about as much “logic” to support their views as Lucy has.

I have a similar theory that proves God exists: all rivers flow in places where later men would be bridges, which demonstrates initial intent.Prove me wrong.

sad to say I’ve had way too many “discussions” over the last couple years with people like Lucy. I too have learned that it’s best just to remain silent and shake my head. their logic/perception is so wrong there is no place to even try to make them understand how utterly uninformed/stupid they sound and are
