Hope you survive the re-newing of your vows Larry. Better to die of old age than by the hand of a scorned woman.

If he recites those vows his misery might be very short lived.

The last line is absolute poetry. I am awed at your talent, Larry.

If he reads those at the ceremony, he’s going to learn the hard way what “’til death do us part” means.

Reminds me of an old I’m Sorry I’ll Read That Again sketch:“Too have and to hold.”“Yes she is too h-old, but I don’t mind having her!”

Well, for me, the timing is almost perfect. My husband’s and my wedding anniversary is tomorrow.

If he recites those vows, she should dump him and move on. No one should ever stay with a partner who sees the relationship as misery.

Looks like the strip itself was renewed.:As for Patty, she could “renew” her marriage with another husband.

He might as well write his obituary also, cause the funeral will follow shortly!

Thanks to everyone who responded and confirmed my suspicions.

Sounds the normal kind of marriage to me.

On top of all his other verbal tics, Larry stutters (11 II 16). Well, that is the least of his troubles now. With Patty and Staci both buying, the hardware store will be running out of “baskets, large, weatherproof.”
