My wish list going forward is for business and political corruption to be defeated. For wealth to be redistributed so no one suffers from hunger and poverty. For humanity to turn from a race toward extinction and begin repairing our climate. For people to treat each other with love, compassion and empathy.
This too is a great tragedy: Exactly as he (man) came, so he will go away; and what profit is there to the one who keeps working hard for the wind? Also, every day he eats in darkness, with a great deal of frustration and sickness and anger….Eccl. 5:16,17
The new cases curve barely changed, so He must mean the death curve is flattening, but displaying two curves with widely different numbers is an old trick. Figures don’t lie, but liars can figure.
We ALL need to set our priorities better. (I’Ve never thought much of Donald Trump anyway in my life. But our so-called ruling class, regardless of party, is horrible because we’ve let it get that way. And my first remark is part of why that is.) Pastis has made another wonderful point with Pig.
LMAO, all Pastis has done for years is make fun of people for eating healthy, i.e. not eating fried chicken every meal, and now we have COVID which is more deadly to obese people and he’s whining like a scalded dog.

Pig, you’re batting .333. You got a vacation and early retirement. Just not in the way you were expecting.

New car?? Pig, can you even drive? Early retirement?? You’re unemployed!
On an unrelated note: why do people love big TVs so much? My monitor from 2010 has higher resolution than most TVs.

I come to the comics and especially PBS to escape the COVID-19 angst. C’mon. Pig – how about returning to some lighthearted humor?

With the exception of Democrats Cuomo and News on, the governors of most states and both parties are looking better all the time.

Not to worry, Pig!. As a cartoon, you are unlikely to become ill unless Cartoon-Boy harbors you ill-will and wants you to become sick!
And Cartoon-Boy wouldn’t do that. —Would he?
