Earl needs the remote cause there’s a John Wayne movie coming on that he wants to watch.

That is kind of mean and smart at the same time.

It is very clear in my family that the correlation between the person who has the remote and the person who chooses the channel is zero. Spouse owns the channel choice… and I own the headphones when it’s not something I can stand.

The chances he’ll succeed with that ploy are remote.

Stupid like a fox.

That’s one of the advantages of being single. I have complete control of the remote (except when a cat steps on it and changes the channel).

Clever way of the remote. My own sister gave me 2 crossword puzzle books from her church, I told her I have to major cheat as I am not that smart, she is worse then I am. Now word search is more my style.

Clever man. I had to endure the expense of his and her TVs.
