You woke up poor Roscoe for that? He deserves a treat even if you weren’t talking to him.

My brother loves Milk Bones. Someday I’ll tell him they’re DOG TREATS. Then he’ll hit me.

Roscoe: “I knew that. I was just showing him what he needs to do.”

Earl forgot to take one of his pills.

After the way you yelled at him yesterday, you expect Earl to speak to you, Opal?

I suppose that Earl is giving her the silent treatment after she yelled at him. Then he will apologize. ;-)

Opal is getting meaner and nastier by the day.

How would telling him he has to do a chore be any better?

Some make their own doggie treats….maybe Opal did, but highly doubtful.

Earl = the lazy old boy in the La-Z-Boy.

Not going to work. He’ll speak when he wants something, though.

We had treats for my old dog that looked like chocolate chip cookies (yes I did eat some. They weren’t as good as real chocolate chip cookies but they weren’t bad) and my older sister got some from her dog and when she was pregnant with my niece her husband was feeding her those dog treat chocolate chip cookies one day (she didn’t mind)

Well then who’s the good boy.

I knew it

At least one of them is properly trained to obey!!

“Your treat, Earl, is to take me to the fabric store…”

If I were Earl I would tell Opal to roll over and play dead.

Opal has a cruel streak in her when it comes to Earl. Very passive-aggressive.

Watch out, Opal. Remember:
