Cut the thread at an angle, like it, squint, and thread the needle. Simple.

Pluggers often have problems threading a needle because they often possess big bear paw hands. :D

My wife just hands it over to me and then I struggle with it.

I remember my mum going through this. She finally handed me the needle. I said, “It would help if you were threading the end with the hole in it.” She scheduled an eye appointment the next day.

I had trouble as a teenager threading a needle. So as a Plugger. I just use a needle threader.

I hate threading the sewing machine, all of the glare off the foot’s chrome makes it hard to see the hole.

Looks like she’s never done it before. As I understand it, you hold the thread still and move the needle’s eye over it.

That’s what needle threaders are made for. Some of them don’t even require pushing the threader through the eye, just drape the thread across a notch, push a button and a tiny pusher shoves the thread through the eye of the needle.

Get the thread wet after you cut it

Get the thread wet after cutting it. The tongue off to the side helps too!
