Inflation Sucks ! But you still must save for a rainy day / emergency :-)

To equal $100 saved you would need to earn about $120 before taxes.

That’s this week. Next week it’ll be $40.

He doesn’t believe, he KNOWS. Anybody that works regularly for a living KNOWS.

More like five. My standard for inflation is the cost of a full-sized candy bar. They were a nickel when I was a kid and 1969 was the last year it was so. It’s far more stable than gasoline prices and less crazy than housing.

And the Amtrak Brandon fans think out-of-control inflation is good.

$100 saved=$7.50 earned(after taxes, bank fees, surcharges etc.).

Yeah, I’ve seen the dollar saved is a dollar earned steadily decrease over the years. Makes me wonder how low it will go.

I found the best way to fight credit card fees was to pay them off. Of course I had to learn the hard way – by going into debt (about ($75,000) and having to pay off thru a credit card counseling service, canceling about 11 of my 13 credit cards and living hand to mouth for about 4 years to get it done, but I dug my way out of debt and am now debt free. I hope I never do that again!

I’m asking people to flag the ad for an unspecified product that features a woman with freak-of-nature breasts. She’s on EVERY page and rather insulting to women (I know the model had to make a living). I personally love women, have had a few girlfriends with large breasts but this is not Christmas-y and it is grotesque.
