“Breakfast, Second Breakfast, Elevenses, Luncheon, Tea, Dinner, Supper.” Eat like a hobbit. But only about 300 calories per meal. We have found that smaller meals throughout the day are better for us in keeping energy up and fat and other deleterious things away. YMMV
