Yesterday’s 2019 reprint had a rather sad side to it. I remember calling it a “wonderful sad-sweet cartoon”. Today’s 2019 reprint is sweet without any sadness.

I just started reading this strip recently.

Can anyone tell me what Red’s parents are like? I hope they’re better than Calvin"s!!

What a wonderful way to live. Those smiles say it all. (Several extension cords noted, lol).

it may seem frivolous at first but I’ve met people who sit outside with a fan. It keeps the mosquitoes away. That is why there are ceiling fans on southern porches. The breeze helps cool a little but helps blow away bugs more so.

If he lived in the planes, he wouldn’t need the fan. Nature would provide.

I don’t mind the sad strips. They make me cry, but they are really sweet.
