Thankful for Brian, Red and Rover, and all the followers. Also thankful for my dogs—I found my first, a year old Golden Retriever/Collie with a broken leg. I was matched with my second, a six year old GR, through a Golden Retriever rescue. Both lived to be 15. My current dog, a Fox Red Lab, was a gift from my son—he’s 7 and showing no signs of slowing down!
Today my dog will share her love of others with many people as she makes her rounds at the hospital as a therapy dog. Much gratitude will be had by all. No one wants to be in a hospital on a holiday, including staff. Some atheists can be pretty decent people and show compassion and consideration of others. My dog is now 12 and showing minimal signs of slowing down. She loves her work. Some of my doctors insist I take her with me for my appointments because they enjoy her so much. I never expected this from a beagle.

I am sooo thankful that your site is back up. I thought the worse. BTW, the lick on the face in the last frame says it all. Gratitude

I think Rover has something there. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

My Lizzie feels the same way, I think. She’ll get turkey breast today, too!

Nailed it again, Brian. Our four-footed furry friends give us unconditional love every day. (Okay, I hear some cats keep score.)

Everyone should be like Rover! I’m thankful that I have a good wife. My health could be better but I’m still able to get around.
