@bpullin Not necessarily spoiled. My family room has looked like that on more than one occasion. When you have two sets of grandparents and several friends all giving you stuff for free, it adds up in a hurry.
Long time fans will remember that Pasquale talked like this in the beginning, and Mimi only communicated in motions and baby gurgles. When the original artist decided to let Pasquale grow a little and speak regularly, Mimi began to speak ‘Pasqualian’.
Time to give some of those toys away to a charitable organization so others can enjoy them. Mimi has probably outgrown some of them and needs more stimulating toys.
I agree, Samfran60…Mimi is sweet, and I, too, enjoy translating her baby-talk. :) My family room looked like a toy store much of the time when my boys were small…they built Lego towns and left them up for days at a time…who cares? My rooms are neat as a pin now, and my boys are grown men…I do not regret a single “messy”, toy-filled day. :) <3

Mimi, I don’t think you totally to blame, some of those items you can’t even lift! [I love her baby-speak now that I can translate it :-D !

@Water_moon (from yesterday):
That’s actually a segment from the Veggie Tales Silly Song “I Love My Lips”. Check it out sometime; it’s hilarious.

“I wasn’t expecting company”. Just say it out loud, you’ll figure it out….Lol!

I can barely make her out amongst the toys.

IMO, parents can’t expect their toddlers to keep things ship-shape, especially when there’s not room to put everything.

She still sleeps in a crib but can walk and talk? She needs a kiddie bed. How old is she supposed to be anyway?

Present company NOT excepted!

You should always expect company, sweetie.
