Well, as “The Million Dollar Man” Ted Di Biase says: “Every man has their price.”

I had a neighbor like “The Puppetmaster.” She called me up to complain about my leaves falling onto her property. I answered, “So?” She never bothered me again.

Legally he’s not required to. They’re “naturally occurring products” and therefore Jimbo has no responsibility. I had to advise my neighbor of this.

Just mulch them folks. Just mulch them. Lawn health: Mulching leaves into your lawn can improve soil health, reduce weeds, and add nutrients to your lawn. Leaves contain nitrogen, which is an essential nutrient for healthy grass.

My neighbor and I have a huge leafy oak tree right on the line that divides our lots. The original lot owners are long dead; so nobody knows who planted it. The leaves are consensual.

At the old home place, we had no trees. The neighbors leaves fell in our yard so we had to rake leaves.

When I lived in Utah, I hardly ever raked my own leaves. I lived on a canyon and the wind always blew in the downhill direction. So… I raked my uphill neighbor’s leaves and my downhill neighbor raked mine. I figured it’s a wash.

Why rake? I take care of my leaves by mowing them with my mulching mower. Less work and the chewed up leaves are good fertilizer for the lawn.

If Jimbo’s apple tree had branches hanging over the fence would Corky have any problem with picking those apples for himself?
