The shape of education today…”Thank You Mr. Reagan!” In the future…they won’t know who he is…even for sarcastic remarks.

My friend Debbie was a teacher, with no children of her own. Someone asked her why she didn’t have children of her own. She replied “Dear, I have 31 children.” The question was never asked again. BTW, She taught grade 2.

Worse still, I’ve had a few nuns who were waaaay past retirement age and two who needed a psyc evaluation ASAP.

A young teaching nun was running late for confession — she ran into the church, slammed the door, tripped over a pew, skidded down the aisle, and collapsed into the confessional with a clatter.

“Bless me, Father, for I have sinned. I have been angry with my children several times….”

The priest interrupted, “And how many children do you have?”

    “27.”

“Get outta here!” exploded the priest — “I could tell you were drunk the minute you entered the church!”
