This alludes to classic Dennis the Menace (the American one, not the British one) answering the door and announcing to his parents, “It’s those people you wouldn’t waste the gas to go see!” Or asking their elderly visitors, “So what’s it like over the hill?”
I like to think that the joke is that the censored words involve something sexual that isn’t physically possible. But then again, my humor rarely extends far beyond that of a middle schooler. I still watch episodes of Beavis and Butthead as well as Rifftrax and find them funny.
