I saw the first Avatar movie, possibly on Netflix while I still had that. I’m under the impression that there was at least one sequel, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there were many, plus whatever spinoffs “they” could think of. They forgot to get me to sign the sacred and eternal bond contract, though, so I’m excused from finding out.
I finally saw the first one in the theater, because I’d heard the 3-D was amazing. And it was, so there’s that. And at least Cameron had enough of a sense of humor actually to name his miracle element “Unobtainium.” But Giovanni Ribisi was the only performer who seemed to realize he was in a bad movie (so he had fun with it, which was another plus).
The second one is now out on streaming so I could watch it for free, but without the 3-D I’d rather spend my time doing…absolutely anything. Or absolutely nothing.

I’ve never seen it. But now I don’t have to. Or do.

Made me feel blue.

I saw it, and saw no reason to see more. Too much Noble Savage for my taste.

I don’t read the vertical ones. Did one of the blue guys start a Smurf colony?
