Off topic: I had a great go-bag. I got it at the NFR maybe 25 yrs ago. It was perfect for my curlers, makeup bag, shampoo/conditioner and a million other things. It was sturdy canvas and not a single rip in it. I always just restocked things when I got home if needed. I even kept a pair of undies in there. If I had to leave in 5 min, I could grab it, throw in a clean shirt, sox and jammy and would be good to go. I even had several cards from casinos on a stretchy band. I keep a list of meds that I take (all two of them) but more importantly, a list of all surgeries people want if you go to a new doctor. I had his meds (a LOT) on that list. I keep a copy in my purse and one in that green bag.
The center area was perfect for a lot of things. The side pockets were deep and wide. The front outside pocket was, too. I LOVED that bag and took it everywhere. When we got back from AZ in April, I noticed the black plastic bottom was broken. So, I just emptied it out and put it with my big suitcase and told Brad it was ready to go.He always puts the suitcases in the cabinet in the garage
I went out there to get it and make sure everything was good to go. It was gone.I looked everywhere. Including inside my big suitcases. I asked him where it was.He said he threw it out because of the broken bottom. Do you want to know how livid I was? Still am? l have never been this angry over a ‘thing’. You can’t get them any more. Wrangler was giving them away in Vegas as a promotion if you bought two pairs of jeans. Most of the makeup was brand new because I had just restocked it for the AZ trip. And, I’d just gotten a new makeup case from Amazon about a year ago. It was 2 pieces; one had all of my makeup and stuff like little scissors and tweezers and the other is a smaller one I keep in the big container under the sink with the xtra eyebrow pencils and things I need to replace here. I told LROS that if she saw smoke up here, it was ME.
Wow, I was not expecting violence from sweetie Oliver. I guess he draws what he sees.
We had great weather for the air and water show this weekend, for the first time in a few years. They were expecting well over a million people in my neighborhood, with the show centering a few blocks from my home. From what I could see, it was very peaceful and everyone was happy and excited and thrilled. Besides the City personnel, I saw organized groups of young people helping with the cleanup.

Somehow, I doubt if Jack and Chesney are as amused by this strip as some (or all?) of us are.

Love It! Keep up the good work, Oliver. On another note, saw two wrens and two juncos while out walking today.

That’s a GREAT idea for a strip! Have it take place in a vet’s office and have the cats working there.
