My oldest grandson is going through that growth spurt stage. Every time I see him I say his pants are too short. My daughter then says they fit him a month ago. She just saves them for the next one in line. By the time she gets to #4 they will be rags and he will get new ones for sure.
Kudos for him trying to save money for the family. When you need clothes, you just need them. It shouldn’t cost too much though. He doesn’t seem to be a slave to fashion trends…..

Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to wear last year’s school clothes? You’d be able to save a TON of money and time.;-D

I don’t fit in last year’s clothes anymore either.

Be lucky you don’t have a daughter or you’d be spending 100x more on clothes than you do on your son.

I don’t get it. He hasn’t grow an inch in 20 years and all of a sudden his clothes don’t fit? :D

True that. When our 4 kids were growing up it seemed like we were always buying clothes because the kids outgrew them so fast

It’s not like kids these days worry too much about clothes fitting, when they only pull their pants up to their thighs.
