It’s climate change. However, maybe it snowed here in north-west Italy, since it hasn’t rained for months.

No. Remember, Mother Nature is a woman and as such can be very unpredictable and can sometimes be a jokester. A Spring single snowstorm is usually not a devastating event. Have some fun. Build that Spring Snowman that you’ve always wanted to build.Carpe Diem….

Snowed in Livingston, Montana a couple of days ago. Hope we don’t get a snow melt like last year. Floods wiped out north entrance to Yellowstone.

We had snow in N.C. once in late April back in the 1950’s after our planted corn had come up. Thought it would die. Turned out one of the best crops ever had.

With climate change, mother nature is having many bad days, weeks, and months.

The horrible thing is, even with getting control of our CO2 and methane emissions, the weather isn’t going to get better, but remain the same. Add to that that the biggest nations that are the biggest polluters aren’t going to make enough changes in their output of harmful gasses to turn things around. So, it’s more likely that the weather patterns will get worse, much worse. Have a nice day.

We’re supposed to have flurries later this week. We’re six weeks into Spring – what gives, Mother Nature?

Ok so I’m in Colorado visiting for a week. When I arrived it was 30 degrees and snow on the ground though the streets were fine. Then we have a weather alert that a major storm is coming forecasting several inches of snow. Today it’s going to be a pleasant 72 degrees here. The weather is truly very weird here in Colorado

Just when I thought it was safe to put out peppers and tomatoes, we get a 33 degree low last night. The figs and peaches should be okay, but the other two are freshly planted. I’ll know their fates in a day or so.

I don’t mind when winter makes way for spring, but that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the occasional light snowfalls that continue to hold the dreaded heat of summer at bay.

We had snow on Tuesday. I know for sure since I was driving in it. Now we have a lot of rain coming over the next ten days. We sure had enough yesterday. My dog is now very clean from walking in it. I tried to bundle up enough to stay somewhat dry while walking her.

It is interesting to see all the different responses when the subject is weather. As Mark Twain (Samuel Clemmons) is famous for saying, “Everybody talks about the weather, but nobody does anything about it!” Of course, no one is able to do anything about it! But people react differently; as some enjoy the weather of the day; others are very disappointed or even hateful. Says a great deal about one’s personality! Oh, and Al Gore? Don’t get me started. A bonified ninnyhammer, IMHO.Anyway, God Bless! Try to make it a good day no matter the weather, being alive is the best barometer!

“Sorry Wilberforce, a blizzard is a snow storm, it’s only lightly snowing now” Gladys corrects herself. Then Gladys thinks “I don’t want to give the boy the wrong information, do I”…

Mother Nature has had a couple of bad days where we live. We’ve had severe thunderstorms, so hail, and very heavy winds. I’m ready for her to rest a bit for a few days.

We’re supposed to get an inch of snow tomorrow. We’ve had anything from snow flurries to outright blizzards here in Michigan in late April/early May just about every year for as long as I’ve been alive. The weather on the whole hasn’t changed a bit over all those years.
