Fox Trot actually had this same idea. Jason and Marcus had seen the “X-Men” move so many times that they were starting to dream the first hour.

It would be even more logical not to own a TV.

I can’t poke holes in this, BUT I’m more into educational TV. Red Green should be taught in every school

I do this with music, when we’re walking through the woods.

What did you expect to find in a pin cushion? chicken noodles? LOL

I can do that with Twilight Zone episodes. “You’re travelling through another dimension, not only of time and space, but of mind…”

He’s got a pretty vivid imagination to go with his logic.

I thought I’d seen them all. I’ll have to search Youtube for that one.

I and Brutus share a knowledge of MASH and most of Star Trek. I’m a bit weak with Enterprise and Voyager.

Addressing the ball is the nicest thing about golf. After that it’s all down hill. (Into a trap or water hazard.)

I do that when I’m doing dishes when they play a familiar movie. :}

And don’t even think about changing the channel right now.

I can do that with the Andy Griffith Show

That is a very funny episode. “Hello, Ball.”

Watching something on TV and watching nothing on TV. Both are a waste of time.

It is scary, Gladys, it’s beginning to make sense to me, too.

Brutuus Thornapple is my hero. Always the optimist, no matter the situation. He may be a born loser…but he is the BEST born loser.

This is so funny through and through! I love how Gladys is asking what’s on the obviously blank television and Brutus is pointing at it. Gladys is teetering on the verge of a mind meld with her loving husband! By the way thanks for the nod to a great album, Steely Dan’s Pretzel Logic!

Ralph The Golfer. One of the funniest acts ever on television! These guys just went over the top in acting. And keep in mind that Jackie Gleason was a skilled golfer.

“Pretzel Logic” Definitely a new term for me. However, as much as I love the Big Guy, the watching of a “turned off” TV by him with laughter tracks, while showing him to have an excellent ability to recall a Honeymooner’s Episode, borders on a Twilight Zone episode…..

No sense messin’ up a good memory with live TV.

I’ll bet Brutus also saves electricity on his music by relying on his favorite earworms instead of using radios and recording devices.

Great Chip, funny and tight as heck…
