When the dog starts laughing, that’s the shock.

There was an old poster of a guy standing in front of a painting or a statue with his overcoat open like that. It said, “Expose Yourself To Art.”

SHOCK COLLARS SHOULD BE BANNED. You do NOT need to electrocute your dog in order to train them. I have had many dogs over my life and being firm but fair when they are puppies and making a really big deal with lots of praise and hugs and a few treats works so much better. It teaches your dog that doing good is much better than being disobedient and they react better to that way of learning. With a shock collar they learn in a negative way through pain and fear and that’s NO way to treat any animal.

Oh, that reminds me – need to put noodles and cocktail onions on the shopping list.

While this appears funny on the surface, it really isn’t. A flasher becomes one due to serious illness that needs to be treated. I do admit being flashed by someone who was a serious flasher, and I didn’t even think. I said, “Is that it?” and kept walking.

Why isn’t the dog laughing!?

Like the old posters, “Expose yourself to nature”.

Dogs are about the only pets who seem to care when a human gets naked.

At least he isn’t exposing himself to a monkey. Peter Gabriel would have something to say about that.

Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to have pets.

the dog is but i can’t figure out why he thinks flashing the dog would shock the dog’s collar. evidently he has done something dumb/stupid like that before because his wife doesn’t act that surprised about what he is doing.

Also, that’s not shocking to dogs. No matter what it looks like.

Poor dog is going to need therapy.
