âDavid Eric Grohl (born January 14, 1969) is an American musician. He is the founder of the rock band Foo Fighters, for which he is the lead singer, guitarist, and principal songwriter. Prior to forming Foo Fighters, he was the drummer of the grunge rock band Nirvana from 1990 to 1994.â [Wikipedia]
Foo Fighters date to WWII. Air Corps personnel so named unknown lights they observed that paced their planes. Reported on the front page of the NY Times on Jan 2, either 1943 or 1944. I forget which.
You really have to be a careful reader when it comes to attending concerts these days. Thereâs a Scottish band called The Red Hot Chilli Pipers which covers rock songs on the bagpipes.

I wonder if they had to pay a cover charge? It looks like an all-you-can-eat buffet without the tray. I hear that the toss salad is a hit!
