My experience with the cheer squad? I bet them at homecoming we would lose by more than 10 points. If we did, they as a team had to treat me to a steak dinner. If we won by more than 10 points, I had to treat them to the steak dinner. We lost big time. Never did collect.
A dozen years or so ago, when my daughter was in her teens, I asked the same question. I still don’t get the idea of cheerleading as a sport, but then, I’m very stubborn.

I’d love to hate cheerleaders but two I knew well in junior high and high school were the nicest people, and still are, dang it.. LOL!
