§97-28 of the Workers’ Compensation Act states that no compensation shall be allowed for the first seven calendar days of disability resulting from an injury. So a member in good standing of the Club Worker’s Union would have to wait 7 days to receive compensation for a dinosaur-related disability. I don’t think the dinosaur gives a coprolite about the law.
I’m certainly happy my state has made it legal for me to bring a loaded gun to work with me, if I leave it in my car. That way, when somebody pisses me off and I fly off the handle, my gun is only a few steps away.
