Unlike virtually everyone else here, I think he makes a good point (and no, I’m not just playing devil’s advocate). If I believed in Hell, I’d assume that no given day there — if Hell even has days — could be worse than any other day. I’d further assume that it’s the never-ending aspect of the place that’s the real downer.
