And you ate only half! BUT, you are forgetting stuffing, potatoes, bread, pies, cakes, sweets…

He wants to have his turkey and blame the turkey, too.

First year I didn’t cook a Turkey. A neighbor invited me there for dinner. I’ve been dieting and lost 15 pounds. I did not feel like putting them back on.

I’ve learned to turn my scale back by 15 pounds when we turn our clocks back by an hour.

Just to tick everyone off, here’s my TG weight story: I started mid summer a slow diet to lose 10 pounds to comfortably fit in my suit for a wedding. I lost the 10 just in time for TG, then ate until I was physically in pain. Two days later at the wedding, the suit was a bit snug, but the spread was irresistible; again, I ate (and drank) until I hurt. When I got home and weighed myself I’d only gained one pound.

Maybe if you shared it with other people you wouldn’t be baring the weight.

The five pounds of sides and desserts, and all the other stuff you are since, is why.
