Went to a Pizza Hut once. Sat down and ordered a pie. Place was busy. After 45 minutes and no pie got a bit irate. Folks who came in after us had ordered, eaten, and left. Flagged down the server and asked about our pie. Got a new one ordered and eventually served. When I complained about the service to the manager her response was “well you did get a pie didn’t you?”.
