That was LOL funny.

My husband was a musician on the delta Queen Steamboat> the trips on the Mississippi, Ohio etc. rivers ran mostly from 3 7 nights. People would ask if they generated their own electric power. Yes. they did. but I couldn’t keep the image out of my mind of a very looong extension cord, that they woud wind & unwind as needed. Would be interesting how they handled going down different rivers poles int the river to keep it from going over the land?

They’re gonna need a super-long extension cord.

Obviously a planet with a binary star. the shadows are facing different directions. Which yes, means plenty of solar power.
