$13.00 an hour! That’s even more than a lot of people make today!

A good plumber today makes about $150 an hour. If he works for a big company, probably less. Thankfully, we have a service contract with the local large plumbing company, so no extra surprises with the bills. Since the house is now 50 years old, it’s needed.

Wow, back when 13 was a lot. Today it is near minimum wage.
