That is some pretty bad outcomes the caller is experiencing. If you thought that a product had done all that to your home, why would you call their tech support line?

When I worked at a now bankrupt specialty reader they first had the call center in the corporate office in SF, then moved it to Arkansas. Finally they split it between the Philippines for US night time and Arkansas for US day time.

Now we know how Rita gets rid of the bodies.
