Vending machine coffee is awful! 50 cents is too much!

“…or best offer.”

The word “offer” in various northern European languages translates into English as “victim”.

Is that for the coffee, or the machine?

Only time I’ll drink vending machine coffee is while waiting for a family member at the hospital emergency room. And only if the cafeteria is closed.

Once, in a private hospital (UK) I did get very good coffee from a vending machine. And it was free!

I will not negotiate with a machine for my coffee. I have a crowbar and I know how to use it.

Try a nickel, Zig, it’ll probably work.

My first vending machine coffee was when I hired with IBM at the San Jose plant in 1961 right out of high school. Coffee was a dime. You could get it Black, with cream, or sugar. A year later IBM must have become Woke and changed Black to Plain.

The vet office had free coffee for pet owners waiting for their pet to get medical treatment. The coffee was free but the vet bill was $20,000.00

For the “best offer”, the horizontal dollar bill slot is missing.

The county hospital here has barista staffed Starbucks.
