A diet isn’t the same bad word that it used to be. Man, eating right can be very tasty, you just gotta do it right. Like this morning I had an egg with tomato and peppers mixed in and made into a breakfast burrito. I even used a strip of bacon leftover from breakfast yesterday, no cheese, wrapped in a veggie tortilla, it was delicious
Many years ago, I worked at Braum’s which sold ice cream in cartons and cones and milk. One of the ladies sometimes told customers, “I took out all of the calories in the ice cream”
