Shaving is optional.

I’m right there with him. I generally just shave on days when I’m going to see someone “important.” Doctors and such.

I’m glad facial hair made a comeback. I just can’t be bothered to shave.

The less you shave the longer your razor lasts.

I have hated to shave since I got to where I had to. For my teen years and young adulthood, I shaved 2-3 times a week March-August; put the razor down Sept 1 and left it there until late April.

Then I got married – but I still insisted on giving my face a break on Friday.

Now I’m old & retired, and I shave every day. Why?

I have discovered that, while dark stubble can give ou the dangerous bad boy look,white stubble just gives you the scary wino look……….

The Covid Thing ain’t over. Neither is the Monkeypox Thing. But Climate breakdown will finish us off anyway, so go infect yourself. Due to Covids effects on the brain the distress won’t be as bad as for those that see our civilisation crumble clear minded but unable to help it.

I preview my daily activities asking myself if that is going to require pants.

I hate the stubble look. Not a fan of beards either. Shave every day without fail. I do use an electric razor though.

He does not have to worry…peach fuzz!

One of my “bucket list” items was to get a shave at the barber shop. I was told “nobody does that any more”. Guess I’m out of luck.

That’s why I haven’t shaved in 40 years.

You haven’t been going to work for years already, why would you need to start shaving again?

Just go to the store, Arlo. The sign out front says “No Shirt, No Shoes, No service.” It doesn’t say you have to wear pants.

Hubby decided to quit shaving when he retired. He is part First Nations, and has a very sparse beard. For the first couple of months he just looked as if the moths had been at him, but eventually it came right.

I shaved for years. Moving up here and semi-retirement and telemedicine I decided to let it grow and I could not be happier.

As far as I’m concerned, shaving when I want to is just one of the joys of retirement!

Every other day could work….

COVID shutdown Walmart’s answer to “Well we sell food, so all the other stuff bought is close to the food!” All other merchants suffered for no reason.

As a telecommuter, I shave only on Friday evenings. Only because I spend the weekends outside on my bike and sunscreen goes on – and later washes off of – smooth skin with much less time and effort than with an unshaved face.

When I was WFH for 15 months I dressed & shaved every day.

Preceded by showering. Also every day.

Janis might be more willing to take a lot more of your “hints” if she didn’t get rug burn from stubble.

When i get tired of shaving I just grow a beard for several months! Easy as pie!

I wish I had nothing to shave. As for clothes only at home can I do without any. And COVID22 is still busy infecting and killing. Also, more are getting Long CoVID from being infected too many times.

“Back during the COVID thing”? The transmission rates and death rates are as high as they were at the peak of the 2020 lockdowns.

My retired husband rarely wears clothes in the house of the private back yard. No, I don’t want to see a 70 y/o running around neked. A 19 y/o pool boy, sure. He also gets the mail and sometimes talks to the neighbors, wearing just a towel. I’ve told him if the cops ever come for him, don’t call me. He can enjoy being naked with “Bubba” in his prison cell.

Husband has shaved every day since he could/needed to. When he has been ill over the years – still shaved every day. He does not like how his face feels when he does not.
