Does look a little worn & dingy.

So many memories everywhere she can look. I think Janis doesn’t want to talk of a future home in their presence.

Not fun, but it’s nice money isn’t a problem.

You don’t want your old home and furniture hearing about their replacements, after all.

You do not want to hurt your existing house’s feelings.

High maintenance

I’m still not sure why they can’t keep this house and build a vacation house near the kids during “busy” season

I always want to talk about everything like this at the kitchen table.

Be careful where you move to, some places don’t allow natural gas ranges. I’d have to cross them off my list first thing.

Seems like she doesn’t want the old house to hear the discussion.

She is definitely going to miss her kitchen!
