“Hooray! The foul is against the other team!!”

Loyal fans know most officials call the game fairly and even handed. Most but not all.

Having had ridiculous calls go against my team for years, I’m pretty chill on those rare occasions when we get the rub of the green.

Why, no bias here, none at all, not att alllll . .

I watched the last 3 minutes of a game yesterday — took 27minutes. — ridiculous.

And maybe he’s not talking about the ref…..but someone doing the best he can but still getting grief…like Arlo.

there have been a few that got caught

I suppose they could review every foul…and every non-called foul. That way football game would last 6 hours. TV advertisers would be thrilled!

Most officials try their best. Sometimes things slip past them.

Has anyone read the series of books written by Ron Luciano, an American League umpire? The Umpire Strikes Back, Strike Two, The Fall of the Roman Umpire, Remembrance of Swings Past and Baseball Life are absolutely hilarious. You will laugh until your sides hurt.

This is such a good one ! Relevant to us sports fans.
