Just this morning, as I drove home from the grocery, I saw Xmas lights one one house. I suppose it could be for Halloween, but there weren’t any orange ones…
I love Christmas music, and occasionally listen to an individual track at home even in spring and summer, increase my percentage as Fall settles in, then switch to almost pure Christmas music in November and December. BUT — that’s my choice of Christmas music. When I hear the kind of Christmas music most often played on the radio or in stores nowadays, I can see why some people say they can’t stand it (though of course those who do love such music are equally entitled to their preference).
I was out shopping this weekend and the store had Christmas music playing in the Christmas section. I loved it! That was the happiest I have been in the year that sucks 2020.

I have a local radio station I have marked “Not To Be Tune IN Between Nov. 1 and Jan. 1”… All they play is Christmas 24/7 during that time!
(Bah-humbug!)

Just replace it with the Singing Dogs or Alvin and the Chipmunks and teach her a lesson!

I start the day after Thanksgiving with the Elvis Presley Xmas album. And since we now live in British Columbia that is today.

I actually love that song. So I wouldn’t mind. But in my opinion, I don’t think Christmassy stuff should start until 1st December.

Christmas music in public before Thanksgiving should be illegal.
